Roller Separators
Doda Roller Separators provide a highly efficient and reliable system for the separation of the slurry liquid fraction from the solid one by using a combination of a rotating drum with adjustable compression rollers.
Manufactured in 304 stainless steel with hydraulic adjustable high resistance pressure rollers, it offers a large surface screen for up to 60 m3/h throughput, has a self-cleaning wire brush and washing system and offers low power consumption 1.5 hp electric motor. The roller separator also features an over pressure regulator tower, stone trap, product detector sensor for automatic start and sealed SKF bearings.
